Frankie’s EDiT exhibition features her first foray into text based work, a direction that has been an interesting journey for her. She admits, “Words are the antithesis of who I am,” but in a world desperate to classify and define, Frankie’s glowing words ask us to be curious. What Did You Just Call Me? features illuminated words that are defiant and provocative, encouraging the viewer to consider the role of language in asserting our place in the world.
