REFUNDS
Items purchased through our website or in our galleries are not eligible for refunds, unless otherwise agreed.
If there is an issue with your order, please refer to the Damages & Issues section below so we can arrange a return. We will repair or replace any damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Please note: all returns are at the customer’s expense.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and put things right.
Damaged or defective items are not eligible for a refund and must be returned so they can be repaired or exchanged.
We offer a 14-day return window, beginning on the day you receive your item. We cannot accept return requests made after 14 days, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on framed items. Every frame is custom made to order in our workshop.
To start a return, email us at hiya@editart.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an EU address, you are entitled to cancel or return any non custom order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Proof of purchase is required.
