AFFiLiATE T&Cs

Here at EDiT., we’re incredibly proud to work with such a talented community of artists. We're excited to offer you the opportunity to join us in showcasing and selling their work. To ensure a smooth and successful partnership, please carefully read the terms and conditions below, which outline how our affiliate programme works.

By embarking on affiliate selling with us and replying by email acknowledging receipt of this information, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

ONBOARDING

  • By receiving and acknowledging via email, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined here.

  • During our initial meeting, we will have discussed your client base and confirmed that the artwork you receive aligns with your market.

  • You can then purchase framed artworks for display with a 30% discount applied.  There is no minimum order for this discount on the understanding it is going into a public facing space with clear EDiT. signage.

  • Once your order is prepared, we will deliver to you and install the works with appropriate signage.

  • The signage installed will include a QR code that takes your customers to a page on our website with a bit about our relationship with your venue and the artworks on display.

  • Your QR codes will be synced with our affiliate platform Up Promote, and our cookies settings will mean that all buyers who purchase through the QR code - no matter what artwork they buy - will be associated with your account.  We will pay out 10% commission on all artworks sold.

EXCLUSIVITY

  • By partnering with EDiT., you agree not to approach or work directly with our artists. All relationships and transactions must go through us.

  • Should you bypass this agreement and engage an artist directly, you will be invoiced a £2,000 introduction fee. Your acceptance of these T&Cs confirms your agreement to this clause.

PROMOTiON

  • You will receive one instagram post, one series of stories and a blog / newsletter on our site per artwork order over £2,500.
  • Artwork orders under £2,500 will receive a series of stories and a mention in the newsletter if appropriate.
  • You are not obliged to do any marketing yourselves, but we will happily reshare any that you do.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payouts are monthly and automated from UpPromote, our affiliate programme.

RETURN OF ARTWORKS

  • All sales of display works are final.  You can, however, sell your work for our RRP.

  • RRPs are set by us in line with the Artist's market and therefore must be adhered to at all times, except in our bi-annual flash sale when you can discount in accordance with that.

TERMINATION

EDiT. may terminate this agreement at any time, effective immediately and without liability, if:

  • The relationship no longer aligns with EDiT.’s values or standards;

  • Your actions harm or threaten our artists, brand, or reputation;

  • You breach these terms; or

  • Your conduct is unprofessional, unethical, or otherwise misaligned with our values this collaboration.

  • Termination simply means removing signage and commission - the artworks will remain yours to keep.
