TRADE TERMS.

TRADE PURCHASES:

• On purchases of 5 artworks or more, we offer a 20% discount for trade customers.
• The artworks must be purchased framed.
• Our standard turnaround is 4-5 weeks for framing, before delivery times are added, albiet this can be sped up in an emergency.
• Payment will be received before we put framing into production or ship the artworks out.

RENT TO OWN:

• The artwork must be selected from the pre-framed list below.
• The cost of the rental is 1/24 of retail value and will be paid on a monthly basis.
• We will set up a reoccurring transaction using Go Cardless for the full 24 months, to be billed on the 1st of every month.
• Ownership of the artwork will be transferred after two years rental.
  
• There will be a deposit of £50 per artwork to be paid upfront plus delivery which will be calculated dependant on the delivery location. 
• If two consecutive payments are missed, EDiT. will recover the artworks and invoice costs of doing so back to the rentee alongside the missing rental payments.
• The rentee will be responsible for return shipping, or can arrange via the gallery for a fee.
• The £50 deposit is to cover light, cosmetic damage to any framing.  Structural damage to a frame or any damage to an artwork will need to be covered in full by the rentee.
• EDiT. must be kept up to date on the artwork location at all times until the two year rental period is complete.
• A minimum overall spend of £6,000 inc VAT is required per rental to qualify for this scheme (£250 pcm).
• 1 months notice is required to terminate the contract and payments will not be cancelled until the artworks are back in EDiT's possession, are condition checked and cleared as mint.
