TRADE PRiCiNG T&Cs

Here at EDiT., we’re incredibly proud to work with such a talented community of artists. We're excited to offer you the opportunity to join us in showcasing and selling their work. To ensure a smooth and successful partnership, please carefully read the terms and conditions below, which outline how our consignment process works.

By embarking on sale or return with us and replying by email acknowledging receipt of this information, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

ONBOARDING

  • By receiving and acknowledging via email, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined here.

  • During our initial meeting, we will have discussed your client base and confirmed that the artwork you receive aligns with your market.

  • Once your order is prepared, we will notify you to collect it from EDiT. HQ in Hackney Wick.

PRICING

  • Your invoice will list:

    • The RRP (Recommended Retail Price) for each artwork.

    • Your discount

  • RRP must not be discounted under any circumstances, as pricing is set by the artists.

  • If you choose to price artworks above RRP, that's entirely up to you and it will not effect the price to which we sell the artwork to you.

  • There is a minimum order of 5 artworks to qualify for the trade discount.

ARTWORKS IN YOUR CARE:

  • All artworks will be collected by you from EDiT. HQ in Surrey Quays..

  • We will condition-check all items prior to collection. You are welcome to inspect them yourself before taking them.

  • Once artworks leave EDiT. HQ, they become your responsibility.

  • We strongly recommend that you obtain insurance to cover all SOR artworks in your care.

  • If any piece is damaged while in your possession we will not be able to accept it as a return.

  • All returned artworks are subject to a £30 restocking fee.

EXCLUSIVITY

  • By partnering with EDiT., you agree not to approach or work directly with our artists. All relationships and transactions must go through us.

  • Should you bypass this agreement and engage an artist directly, you will be invoiced a £2,000 introduction fee. Your acceptance of these T&Cs confirms your agreement to this clause.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • You will be invoiced for your order which must be paid before the artworks ship.

  • If a customer returns a purchased artwork, we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

RETURN OF ARTWORKS

  • You are responsible for returning artworks to us, whether it's at your request or ours.

  • If EDiT. requests a return, the artwork must be sent back within 7 days.

  • All returned artworks will be condition-checked on arrival. Any damages will be handled in accordance with the terms above.

TERMINATION

EDiT. may terminate this agreement at any time, effective immediately and without liability, if:

  • The relationship no longer aligns with EDiT.’s values or standards;

  • Your actions harm or threaten our artists, brand, or reputation;

  • You breach these terms; or

  • Your conduct is unprofessional, unethical, or otherwise misaligned with this collaboration.
