SAM KERRiDGE

South London based artist Sam Kerridge transforms the city into semi abstracted 'spirestars', pulling familiar landmarks apart and reassembling them into something new. By combining architectural precision with the bold colours of the London Underground map, Sam produces layered compositions that play with scale and time.

A recurring Thames motif runs through his London pieces, tying the work back to the river that has shaped his understanding of the city as an organism. By referencing repeat patterns and crystal rock formations alongside demolition and building sites, Sam brings movement and energy to the cityscape, capturing the way it really feels.
